Felix Romero Medina, 02/27/27 - 09/10/09

Felix passed away Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009, at Regency Oaks Care Center in Long Beach at the age of 82. Felix is survived by his partner of 53 years, Gordon Green; sisters, Gloria and Alice; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. Felix was a tailor for over 30 years having once owned his own business and later at JC Penny in the Long Beach Mall. He was proud of his heritage as a 7th generation Angelino and as a direct descendant to Los Angeles settler Luis Quintero (also a tailor). As an original member of Los Pobladores 200, Felix was an inspiration to us all who taught us the importance of family and heritage.

It was an honor knowing him and I am proud to be a member of his family.

We love you cousin Felix and will miss you greatly.
